Come in for an Interview

We’re open Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. Don’t forget to bring your I-9 identification (link to FAQ) and proof of insurance if you’re a driver.

Become a Home Care Aide

All caregivers are required by the State of California to register as a Home Care Aide (HCA). It typically takes 5-10 business days to complete this process. We can help with this process after your interview!

You understand the often-changing needs of the elderly and take the time they need to understand and care for them

Prepared and Punctual

You are on time and ready for work--You wear appropriate clothing and shoes, bring your own meal and water if necessary, and wear your badge.

Dependable and Flexible

You take your job seriously and make sure to present yourself as a representative of Foothill HomeCare. You can be depended on to do an excellent job, adapt to changes in the home of the client and keep your cell phone on silent in your purse or pocket.

Trustworthy

You often work one on one in the homes of seniors. You respect their vulnerable position and you are respectful of their property and possessions and keep their information confidential.

Well-trained

You are an experienced caregiver who has worked with seniors. Your experience, CNA, or HHA license makes you a good candidate for Foothill HomeCare Partners.

Caregiver Services

FHCP caregivers provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and others who need support. We provide care for many different types of clients, each with a unique set of needs, throughout the San Gabriel Valley. To learn more about the care we provide, see our Services page.

Please note, caregivers are not required to drive, as not all clients have transportation needs. We will match you with one of our clients based on your skills and abilities.
